Imam- Al Kadhum College hosts a meeting of the ministerial committee on the development of the curricula of law in Iraqi universities and colleges, formed by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research
The meeting, chaired by Prof. Dr Miri Al-Khakani, discussed a number of topics the most important of which was unifying the curricula and depending on them as study syllabi taught to students of law and working to improve them , as well as updating the curricula to keep up with the scientific development.
The Dean of the College Assistant Professor Dr. Ghani Al-Khakani stressed that the meeting reached unified visions that would strengthen the curriculum and mechanisms of coordination and scientific communication to serve the educational process in Iraq. He added that the aim of the meeting is to develop a developmental strategy of updating the curricula by adding all what is new in the legal aspect, taking into consideration the developments of the current legal stages as well as working on the objective similarities of the curricula of law in the region and the world
