About the Department
In the academic year 2004-2005, the section is awarded a bachelor’s degree in the jurisdiction of the Islamic sciences. To study the jurisprudence and its origins and study the comparative jurisprudence and reasons for different scholars. It aims to prepare specialists in Islamic law, and to propagate religious values based on love, cooperation and tolerance to forge ties between the people of society. The schools are supplemented by scientifically and intellectually qualified teachers and researchers and the presentation of Islamic jurisprudence in a way that combines originality and modernity. To affirm the knowledge of the origins of the provisions and their importance in understanding the Qur’anic texts and the Prophet’s Sunnah.
